During this remodel, CSD came in to update this 1980’s home with the latest technology to match its new modern look. A home theater was added in the basement along with extra speakers and flat panel TV in the adjoining Gym. In the future, the 70″ Theater TV will be upgraded to a Projector and 120″ Screen.

Upstairs, 16 speakers were installed throughout all the newly remodeled areas of the home controlled by custom programmed color touch screen wall panels. In addition to controlling the streaming audio throughout the home, the keypads have the ability to link to the Nest thermostats and Lighting systems for whole-home control at the touch of a button.

In the master bedroom, along with the in-ceiling speakers, a Stunning 65″ Sony 4k TV allows for pristine video to be viewed before bed.

This beautiful South Jordan home came pre-wired for sound and television throughout the entire home as well as a dedicated Home Theater room in the basement. A Mitsubishi 55″ LED TV was mounted above the fireplace along with several other flat panels in several rooms of the home. 24 in-ceiling speakers were installed throughout the home and are controlled by keypads with LCD screens in each of the rooms. Downstairs in the theater, we used a 106″ fixed wall screen and a Knoll projector. Signal comes via a Pioneer Blu-Ray player and 7.1 channel receiver that upscales all sources such as Wii or Xbox360 to full HD. Jamo on-wall speakers supply the mid & high frequencies in the room and a Velodyne 12″ subwoofer provides impactful bass.

Bill’s Theater & Distributed Audio

Bill bought this amazing home in Draper which had already been prewired for distributed audio and a dedicated theater room by the previous owner. CSD Audio added 24 speakers in several rooms throughout the home and added keypads with LCD screens to remotely control the iPod & other music sources located in the media closet in the basement.

The theater room received In wall speakers flanking a 123″ screen and 2 pair of surround speakers in the ceiling. A 1080p projector provides stunning video and a 15″ subwoofer fills the room with deep, impactful bass.
